I would never ever consider anyone else but Raley's to clean my carpets. Everything about this company is outstanding from the first time you call and make an appointment to the finished product! Vic is very conscientious, courteous, patient, reliable and helpful individual. He goes above and beyond!! Several weeks after I had our basement carpet cleaned, our basement flooded. I called and Vic and his helper arrived the very next morning to suck up all the water!! Additionally, because there were some issues with residual water and the drying process, they delivered a large floor fan to take care of the problem!! Worked like a charm. These guys are defiantly my "knights in shining armor". You will NEVER do better than Raley's Signature Cleaning Service!

Vic Raley is great. I wouldn't use anyone else. He was referred to me a few years ago by a friend, and we've been with him ever since. I love his work ethic--he really takes his time getting the carpets ready to be cleaned, protecting the furniture and cleaning the carpets. I love the way they look when he leaves. He's also given me great tips on how to keep the carpets clean with my cat. He's a nice guy too. It's great to work with him
